Logica and the Data Vault Institute announce strategic partnership

Our history with Dan Linstedt, the founder of the Data Vault modelling approach, goes back to 2007. Back then we started acknowledging Data Vault as a mature methodology to model Enterprise Data Warehouses in the Netherlands. We started training our staff and introducing it to our clients. In 2008 we had our first major event with Dan Linstedt, introducing Data Vault to the Dutch market. Last year we introduced Data vault to our global BI practice, training consultants in the major European BI practices. Currently the global BI practice has successfully used Data Vault to design and implement data warehouses at our clients. We recently had a very successful series of events with Dan Linstedt, presenting the role of Data Vault in current and future BI market evolution in the Netherlands, Germany and France. Data Vault is adopted in the Logica BI Framework as the preferred data modelling approach, especially in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment.

It is now time to formalize our long lasting relationship, establishing a comprehensive and trusted blueprint of the Data Vault modelling approach in Europe. As one of the big System Integrators we commit to providing our clients with necessary skill and capabilities, including Data Vault training and audit services. Having Dan Linstedt, the founder of the Data Vault modelling approach, as our trusted advisor in these activities, provides our clients with the certainty of quality and compliant delivery of Data Vault services.
